Being a beauty freak and blogger, if I may say so myself, I am always open to products and supplements that can help me feel my very best. I like many people take Vitamins and other supplements on a daily basis to provide me with enough nutrition that I may be missing in my diet. I knew for a fact that my diet has been lacking Omega 3 supplements or foods that contain this vital polyunsaturated fatty acid.

Therefore, I was on the lookout for Omega 3 supplements that would be easy on my stomach and not give me acid reflux. For about a month, I have been using these supplements and have been feeling quite agile. My general health has improved and I have noticed that my body feels slightly slender. I am only taking the softgel capsules once a day as opposed to the recommended dosage of one capsule after every meal or for weight management it is recommended to take three capsules after each meal. I wanted to start of easy and didn't want to overload my system with so many supplements (since I do take multivitamins, iron, and calcium too).

I am happy with these as I don't get fishy burps or acid reflux. I tend to get acidity with some other vitamins I used to take, but *touch wood* these are suiting me quite well.
