Fresh - Black Tea Instant Perfecting Mask

As with age, you tend to feel that your skin is not as taut and firm as it once was.  There are many products on the market that can provide a temporary feeling of firm skin.  However, I was on the look out for something that would gradually help strengthen the collagen production and if not rid me of my laughter lines, at least blur them out.

I came across the Fresh Black Tea Instant Perfecting MaskAs stated on the Fresh website, "Black Tea Instant Perfecting Mask with advanced antioxidants is a hydrating treatment that immediately reveals softer, firmer, healthier-looking skin. The innovative formula’s velvety whipped texture has an immediate cooling effect to refresh the skin and the senses."

I completely agree that the mask has a luxurious whipped cream sort of texture, which feels so light and airy.  Once applied to the skin, it gives a cooling sensation and slightly begins to warm up.  By no means is the feeling intolerable.  You can tell that the mask is beginning to work it's wonders.  I leave the mask on for about 15 minutes and gently wash it off with a muslin cloth, which leaves my skin feeling firm and hydrated.

I cannot say that the mask has done miracles.  I would say that it is better than an average mask.  My laughter lines are still there; they might have faded just a notch - nothing outstanding.  I wouldn't recommend leaving the mask on longer than 15 minutes as I did develop small milia on my cheeks.  Certainly do keep an eye on the clock to prevent that from happening.  As always, do moisturize your skin even though the mask doesn't dry out your skin - it's necessary to do to prevent fine lines and wrinkles.

Do let me know what you all think of the mask and if you have had the opportunity to try it out.

Cheers to Fresh and Hydrated skin!!

See you with another post very soon .. Love, Fatima
